The Role
We're looking for a keen, sharp, and entrepreneurial Operations & Strategy Associate to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for a recent business school graduate eager to learn and grow in a high-impact environment.
You'll work directly with Thyra (Founder) and receive mentorship from Mike (former CPG founder and Bain consultant). You'll touch every part of the business, from operations and logistics to marketing and strategy, helping Myla scale its impact and reach.
What You'll Do
- Support daily operations across production, fulfillment, and e-commerce
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and chocolate makers
- Contribute to marketing, content planning, and brand growth initiatives
- Analyze key performance metrics and propose process improvements
- Take ownership of strategic projects that help scale Myla's global footprint
- Be ready to dive into anything—no two weeks will look the same
Who You Are
- 2-5 years of experience in an operations, strategy, or business role, preferably within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
- Strong problem-solver with excellent organization and attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure and for long hours during key moments (e.g. launch weeks, production surges)
- Comfortable being on-call for urgent issues and taking initiative in dynamic environments
- Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive learner, and naturally resourceful
- Passionate about sustainability, ethical sourcing, and meaningful brands
